The SnoWurl's patented design allows almost anyone to create a column of freestanding packed snow. One simply places the SnoWurl on level ground, fills with snow, hand-packs the snow inside the SnoWurl, then pushes sideways on the handles. As the SnoWurl turns, the interior track of the SnoWurl grips the packed snow and causes the SnoWurl to rise, thus creating more space in the top of the SnoWurl to insert more snow. Repeat these steps until the desired height is reached and simply lift off the SnoWurl and begin sculpting.
